La Fontaine Park is a haven of peace located in the heart of a neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. It is home to trails, artificial ponds, a skating rink, sports fields, a waterfall and a fountain.

The park is a cultural meeting place and hosts numerous dance, theater and music performances during the summer. You can also discover some works of art.

Sanitary facilities are available on the site.

Mount Royal Park is one of Montreal's must-see places. In summer as well as in winter, many outdoor activities can be enjoyed here: hiking, picnics, water activities on Beaver Lake, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, guided tours and much more!

Trails will lead you to the top of Mount Royal where a lookout point has been built to allow visitors to admire the city and its surroundings. Food service, parking, restrooms and rest areas are available on site. 

Access to the park is free, but there is a fee for parking and for some activities. Dogs on a leash are welcome!

The Old Port of Montreal is located on the shores of the St. Lawrence River. Many activities are offered: Ferris wheel, pedal boat rental, zip line and much more!

You will also find a beach, many food stands, rest and picnic areas, a parking lot and restrooms. During the winter season, a skating rink is set up on the site. 

Access is free, but there is a fee for parking and for the various activities.

The Bois-de-l'Île-Bizard nature park is an ideal destination for observing a variety of flora and fauna.

You will discover marshes and swamps, a viewpoint offering a view of the Lake of Two Mountains and forests of maple and cedar trees. A long footbridge crossing the large marsh will allow you to observe frogs, turtles, ducks, muskrats and, with luck, a beaver.

Hiking trails are available, as well as free water activities such as canoeing and kayaking.

There is a parking fee.

A magnificent 13.5 km urban park, the Lachine Canal offers many outdoor activities. You can visit it on foot, by bike or even by boat, discover a diverse flora, catch fish and much more!

Popular for picnics with family or friends, the site has rest areas and offers magnificent views.

Access is free, but there is a fee for parking. Dogs on leash are welcome!
