Montagne à Coton
Located in Saint-Pascal, the Coton mountain offers a 1 km trail giving you access to its summit. Several belvederes will offer you splendid views of the City of Saint-Pascal, the St. Lawrence River and the Charlevoix region, among others.
Wooden steps are installed in some places to facilitate the climb. At the top of the mountain, a picnic area is set up.
The trail is accessible from Rang 2 and the trip to the top is approximately 30 minutes.
The site is open from May to October. Access is free and dogs on a leash are welcome!
Climbing
The site offers a selection of mainly sport routes (5.10 and above, including the famous Kraken 13c / d).
The cliff faces south, so the wall is very hot in summer. In general, the routes are 35 m: plan a rope of 70 m.
