Parc récréoforestier
The Parc Récréoforestier offers several outdoor activities, in summer and in winter. There you can go hiking, snowshoeing, climbing and mountain biking.
You will have access to 20 km of marked trails bordered by the Shawinigan River and Lake Mongrain on one side, and the Devil's Waterfall and the National Trail on the other. Two equipped belvederes will make you discover splendid points of view. The park also houses an amphitheater built in the heart of the forest: a must-see during your visit!
The entrance is located on Chemin Saint-François, less than one kilometer from the gates of La Mauricie National Park. Please note that there is no reception building.
Access is free and dogs on a leash are welcome!
